Elderslie is the collaboration of two minds, both chasing a common goal to make remarkable wines from remarkable sites. Wine marketer Nicole Roberts and winemaker Adam Wadewitz know the Adelaide Hills well, its unique sites, topography and patchwork of viticultural diversity. When they described to us their vision, the idea of weaving together stories, personalities and influences drove our thinking. Our brand solution interprets this vision and the art of blending — the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The first two wines, Hills Blend #1 (a Pinot Blanc dominant blend) and Hills Blend #2 (a blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir) were bottled, dressed and released into the world.
